Day 5 of CNC Machining --Last Day!!!(4)

Yeng je's lunch--so ke lian..haha

Mine full..haha coz yeng je dun eat midin and the appetizer and the fruits bla bla bla..then she so ke lian. This is our last lunch for this course..next time no more free food liao. Join this type of course again lar. Free training including 3 meals per day, not bad..Hehe/ So many technicians came down to tumpang eat with us..

Before and after turning process--unluckily we might not able to do this due to insufficient of time

Milling process to cut 1mm of the surface to make it even. The material used is Pearl Blue- a type of composite. Suppose we are going to bring back our own masterpiece at the end of this course! So excited..Hehe..

At first we are going to use my program to operate my workpiece. Anyhow I made a mistake which is misled by the technician himself when he is guiding us to write the program yesterday. Thus, my x and y axis is opposite of that in the machine. Not only me, but all of us made the same mistake and the technician say that he is just giving us an example, but we have to write out our program according to the machine. Thus, anyhow he had to change everything in the program and he didn't use mine. Whatever see my workpiece baby being cut not according to my way of cutting.

No need to care too much..

Although someone may unsatisfy with my way of completing my work, that is still my effort and the work had been done and completed eventhough not perfectly. So don't have to care too much and I know that maybe we knew that someone is talking behind my back, maybe this time we may heard it, but next time maybe we don't even know there are some people that do not satisfy with our doings. Thus, just forget about it and carry on with our life..Tomorrow is a better day!

Duplicating machine--expensive

This machine which I dun really know the name is used to duplicate model. Heard all lecturers said before that this machine worth millions (exact value uncertain), normally used for plane parts and to make weapons! Any organisation who owned this machine must register it, maybe they afraid Malaysia is so powerful to generate own military weapon to attack other country.

4th day of CNC machining

Today we finally successfully finalised and simulate our programme n later we can have a try on the real milling and turning machine, key in our program and cut out our own model! It's so exciting when seeing the commands works in a program and then the simulation is really beautiful. Hope my model will be a success! Gambate prototype 1!

TMT 1013 web redesign..:D

Yeah, we finally get 9/10 for this project!..Eventhough last time Tuan Haji asked us to stop doing the project for the moment, my member had done the project almost complete. But luckily the when he give a new project, we are allowed to submit the previous one..haha..Good!!!
